1. Acceptance of Terms

USCISCaseStatus.com ("the Service") is operated by Breeze of Joy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Fullerton, California (EIN 86-3212923). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not a Government Website

USCISCaseStatus.com is an independent, privately run service. We are not part of USCIS, the State Department, or the National Visa Center, or any other government agency. We are not endorsed by them either. Our information does not replace official messages from USCIS or the State Department.

3. Description of Service

The Service lets you track USCIS and NVC case numbers. You can view USCIS Visa Bulletin data and processing-time estimates. You can also join a community discussion forum. When possible, we check your case status for you automatically. If not, you can enter updates yourself. The Service is free.

4. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. Our plain-language explanations of case status are for general information only. Immigration law is complex and depends on your specific facts. Talk to a licensed immigration lawyer about your own situation.

5. Accuracy of Information

We try hard to keep case status, Visa Bulletin, and processing-time data accurate and current. But we cannot promise it is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Our automated checks depend on outside systems. Those systems may go down, get rate-limited, or change without warning. Always check anything important directly with USCIS or the Department of State.

6. User Accounts

To track cases, you need an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to make an account.

7. Community Guidelines

Our Community section is for asking questions and sharing experiences about USCIS, NVC, and Embassy processes. Do not post receipt numbers or other identifying case details publicly. Do not post hate speech, harassment, spam, or misleading legal claims. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Trying to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service's infrastructure
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data without permission
• Impersonating any person or entity

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is," with no promises of any kind. We do not promise it will always work without errors or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Breeze of Joy Foundation, the operator of USCISCaseStatus.com, is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from your use of the Service. This includes decisions you make based on case status or processing-time information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for exactly how that works and how long it takes.

12. Changes to Terms

If we make a big change to these Terms — one that affects your rights or how the Service works — we will email registered users a plain-language summary and require active acknowledgment before those changes apply to you. Small clarifications may just get a new date.
