It's been 4 months since I submitted documents and still no interview date — what's going on?

NVC document review and interview scheduling are two separate steps, and the second one depends entirely on your specific embassy's capacity — I've seen this range from 6 weeks to over a year depending on the post. If CEAC still shows "Documentarily Qualified," you're in the queue; the silence is normal, not a sign something's wrong.
